Organizational Chart (pdf)Our flat organization is a commitment to seek for few or no levels of intervening management between the staff and the management. In this way we try to be an adaptive, innovation-friendly organization, establishing an inspiring culture in order to empower the whole team.
We don't want that every individual is closely supervised by many layers of management and that our company is centralized controlled by one person. For this reason our management team consists of several members, who are application specialists themselves in the area of process control, and who are supplying engineering services to customers as any other team member. This helps us to stay closer to customers, to know better the market needs and to respond faster to rapidly changing customer requirements.
The management team acts in general in coaching mode and changes to management mode when the situation demands it. We emphasise entrepreneurial creativity of all employees. We are committed to handle new ideas or internal and external problems pragmatically, and to take related decisions fast. This combined with the results of our innovation team allow us to continue on our path and to improve day by day, without forgetting our key values.
