Olivier was responsable for the software engineering on behalf of a 2 Gearless Mill Drive 22.5MW, at the Aitik Copper Mine, in the North of Sweden.
Olivier participated in the programming of the AC 800M controllers with the Control Builder M engineering tool, and the design of the graphic displays with the new Graphics Builder: Process Graphics PG2. He implemented the integration of the GMD auxiliaries (Lube, Brake, Cooling, Fans, etc.)on the ABB System 800xA.
On site he did hardware installation, loop checking and software testing, in cooperation with the commissioning team of ABB Sweden and Metso (Mill supplier). Commissioning was done in two phases:
- Phase 1: 09.11.2009 - 18.12.2009
- Phase 2: 11.01.2010 - 23.02.2010
